Sandeep Srivastav is a gifted and dedicated vocalist and composer. His voice lends itself to a variety of styles: Hindustani classical; semi classical and devotional (Sagun/Nirgun/Sufi); and fusion.
He has composed music for theatre, dance-choreographies, NGO projects, documentaries and promotional films. Amongst others he has performed at Japan Foundation, Russian Center, British Council, World Environment Day, Ganga Festival, Delhi Food and Cultural Festival and Oxfam's "Grow" campaign launch.
His band 'Green Ragas' (www.greenragas.com), co-founded with international World Music maestro Chinmaya Dunster, performs multimedia environmental awareness-raising concerts, based around his compositions on environmental themes. The band has performed for Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010, IFFI Goa, and others.
